Rick Morawiec's Story

Born in Westfield, Mass moved to Blandford in 1980. Graduate of Class of 1976 Westfield Vocational Technical High School, Majorerd in Construction Technology. Classes included Construction Math, Construction Science, Blueprint Reading, Furniture and Cabinet Making.

After graduation I started in buisness partime afternoons and weekends, building decks, replacing doors & windows and performing general house repairs. During the work week I worked for a local concrete foundation company for 2 years until Fall of 1978. Jobs included pouring foundations, floors, sidewalks, jacking exsisting structures to repairing foundations. From 1978 to 1980 I worked for a local Building & Remodeling company , jobs included framing, additions, remodeling houses & renovations to Historical buildings.

In 1980 I decided to open business on a full time schedule over the next 30 plus years we have framed and or finished 50 plus homes. Most located here in the Berkshires and throughout western massachusetts. Maybe your house was built by us. Please follow us along on a journey featuring just a few of our many projects.
